Using this program helps you to learn how to fall asleep, and stay asleep, naturally and easily.
Elaine is a Chartered Psychologist with The British Psychological Society and a member of The Health Professions Council, she is also a Chartered Scientist. Prior to opening her own practice, Elaine worked in The National Health Service (NHS) in the UK.
Deep Sleep with Dr Elaine Ryan is designed to induce natural sleep and designed for ease of use. There is a guided sleep program to encourage your body to relax, drift off, and all with no effort on your part: just listen. Elaine has many years of experience designing and implementing sleep programs for people who have difficulty naturally falling asleep.
We have also included Nature Sounds and Time Lapse photography (of Irish Landscapes, including the beautiful Irish coastline and nightscapes) that can be used independently, if you want to switch off at any time and sleep.
